At Maison Den, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, staining, odours, or alterations may not be accepted.

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@maisonden.com and include your order number along with the reason for your return.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that financial institutions and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items, gift cards, and products marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

We cannot guarantee exchanges. If you require a different size or colour, we recommend placing a new order once your return has been approved.
