At Maison Den, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging included.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or alteration may not be accepted.

Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
How to Request a Return

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assist you.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items, gift cards, and items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges. If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order after your return is approved.
